haha, isn't that the truth. AA is probably the biggest deal for almost anyone. But once you get out there and start approaching it really does get easier. I would say get one or two openers and just get used to using them and comfortable opening. That is what I am doing. Well, hope to see you around man. And you said you are 21? Well, you should come out to the third friday night sarge at taco cabanna, you can meet some people there.

yea that sounds awesome, the only problem is im in college and i live on my own so therefore i work...i wait tables at the porch off knox and henderson..the weekends tend to be my busiest nights so i dont know what i can and can't make =/

ah, thats cool man. There isn't "official" events all the time, but there are plenty of places to go in the day and night all week long. Check out the events section of the forum, people will post when they are going to a venue and you can meet up with em, just send em a pm, I am sure they won't mind.

And you said you were in college! Talk about perfect day game practice. I go to quad c in frisco, and that is a community college and is full of great target practice.

Welcome aboard. A lot of the active members are up in north dallas or get there regularly. Most of the guys are pretty friendly and willing to help you out if you ask, so if you see someone you wanna sarge with just send them a private message with your contact info and they'll usually let you know when they are going out outside of the scheduled get togethers.

As far as non-weekend nights, Mondays you will usually find some of the guys here at Blackfinns in Addison (no cover, drink specials, decent crowd esp for a monday -- yea!). Thursdays is a great night for clubbing (college night) if you are ok with that scene -- several of the guys regularly hit Purgatory that night, Cirque is ok too. I think the guys who don't do clubs hit Blackfinn or Sherlocks that night as well, but the crowd can be hit or miss. I still am looking for good Tues/Wed venues -- if anyone knows some feel free to chip in :)

It also depends on what your targets are. The north dallas bars are typically an upper 20s - 30s scene. If you're looking for girls closer to your age you're probably gonna wanna hit the clubs downtown or the bars in uptown or greenville if you don't do clubs.

well i just started there last week...the average server rings around 1100-1500 dollars on a saturday night give or takea few hundred dollars...before that I was working at the cheesecake factory for almost 2 years hahah

haha at the cheesecake factory on a BAD saturday night i'd ring like 750ish at the least..i dunno where you work but you should def go check out the porch..i had all 3 interviews and got hired on the first day i went there..

we close at midnight thurs-saturday =/

but since we're both servers and our schedules are somewhat in the same range we should def go out together one night
