Persistance Anyone?

There is a line between persistance and stalking. When someone is pushing you away and you do not give up, one might call it persistance and another might call it creepy. Where is this line?

Ok here are a few situations:
1) Girl I slept with a few weeks ago who was infatuated with me is not returning my calls or answering her phone for me. I have called once with no message, called again leaving a message, and sent an open ended text message all in the course of 3 days. Should I just let this chick go or what?

2) #closed girl at grocery store, called her once and talked, then called her again and arranged plans to meet at a coffee shop the next day. She stood me up. I called her 3 times from the coffee shop and sent a text message. No response. I think this one I should let go.

My game is not good enough so once I get the girl upset with me it is super hard to change how she feels.

If neither one has responded by now, I doubt that they're going to, except possibly to say something along the lines of "Wtf is wrong with you?" if you keep at it. It's possible that they may change their minds on their own, but I doubt you're going to be able to convince them, so you might as well just move on.

i normally keep them in the rotation. i like to send a random text once in a while just to see if i get a response, but not often enough to make them think im a creep.
