Boomer here. Started catching up with the forum tonight (firewall at work blocks it) and now its almost midnight... damn, time flies... Time for a formal intro. Joined the lair a couple of days after I read The Game back in Nov'06. I'm a divorced father of two. Married for 12 years. Been out of the game for almost 14 years. I got lots of catching up to do.

During this past Friday's sarge night at Verona, I was asked what my sticking points were. Getting past the approach and keeping the interest past the first couple of minutes was what gums up the works for me... along with some other things I didn't mention. Lets see, another sticking point is not having the time to sarge much lately. But the biggest one is that I am still recovering from a one-itis. Thought I was over it but like a bad dream it comes back. Kinda like a recovering alcoholic, I trip myself up every now and then and go back into that familiar world, that AFC state of mind. But as they say admitting you have a problem is the first step. I know, I know, 'GFTW'' and that will fix it. I'm working on it.

Joining the community, learning various techniques, and improving inner game has helped me tremendously. As you may already realize, the game isn't just about pickup, seduction, etc. It's about bringing out the Alpha male within us. There's a Natural in there somewhere... at different depths for different guys. To me it applies to work and play. Its been an adventure learning this stuff.
