[poll] Posture class?

Postby Guest » Mon Jul 07, 2008 1:26 pm

I know an award winning ballroom dance instructor. No if you know anything about ballroom you know that some of the most important things to learn is posture, frame and styling. If you don't have these things you won't win competition. We discussed briefly the idea of him and his wife doing a posture and styling class. THIS IS NOT A BALLROOM DANCING CLASS. this is a posture and body language class from a ballroom dancer that teaches competitive ballroom.

If anyone is interested I will pursue this for the community. Post if you are interested. We would have to pay him and for the location so there would be some cost.

This is a bad poll. And...it really looks like a money maker for either the venue or the instructor...(from that poll :p)

You can just vote "not interested." That would be sufficient.

i understand how posture can be an effective tool to portray confidence, but many times, you see ballroom dancers look very stiff, yet very fluid and elegant.

so this class may be very informative...

itd be awesome IF they also taught the community HOW to read body language as well...

You can buy a book on Amazon for $10 that teaches you how to read body language. Funny thing is that everything you learn in those books is pretty much already ingrained in your mind...in other words, you know how to read body language but you process it on a subconscious level.
