I listened to the Mystery Methods Phone Game CD. They seem to think that you should not get sexual on a phone call with a chick before you have slept with her.
Personally, I don't have a clue, should probably be more subtle or something. Chicks are so damn subtle sometimes...........they love that crap.

Its all about personal style man, if they don't want to get sexual on the phone then thats their fuck up.
I get sexual as hell on the phone. I have had phone sex with a bunch of chicks before even meeting them again to have sex for real.
You have to keep in mind that women have graphic minds, they picture EVERYTHING you sayvividly and in detail. Over the phone its best if you have an imagination and can spout shit off like a phone sex operator.
No body does a real sexual escalation phone game class from what I'm aware of because to do a proper one you really would sound like a fruitcake in person. On the phone you have to know how to work tonalities and you have to be descriptive as shit.
Read a romance novel outloud, read it in a seductive voice THAT is how you are supposed to talk on the phone sexually to women. How you escalate is simple. During conversation mix in bits and pieces of sexual innuendoes into your conversation AS you are talking to her. Eventually she'll take it fully sexual in which case you just pull out your favorite womans novel and get to work.
I once had a woman say she only wanted to fuck me AFTER she had phone sex because anyone who could make her cem like that over the phone must be good in bed..... I told her I would dissapoint her, I only have 2 inches.

My 2 cents on this - personally I don't think it's possible to build much value or attraction thru texting so I wouldn't bother. I try to use txting as 1.) A way to remind her you exist and stay in the front of her mind and 2.) A logistical tool.
Keep your texts light, fun, and playful and just focus on showing her you're a fun guy living in your own strong reality. I think trying to initiate a sexual frame via text out of nowhere is a bad bad bad idea. Would only do it if you already had a strong sexual frame and what you're doing is a continuation of your congruent personality.
On a side note, phone calls can be used for rapport building, but you lose a bit of value every time you call her and miss her or if she's busy and can only talk a short time (a always try to screen for this btw).
