Quality clothes, for cheap?

Postby Guest » Tue May 27, 2008 9:28 pm

Hey guys, I am here for the summer and sarging a little bit.

My question is where can I find some quality PUA clothes that peacock, but aren't too extreme, for cheap? (Shirts less than 35, pants less than 100...)

Thanks in advance

Sale rack at metropark, buckle, etc for name brand "high end" t-shirts (Affliction, Monarchy, etc.)

Target and Walmart both occasionally have decent t-shirts, I check both regularly. You can also check
out http://www.designbyhumans.com/ for one example of the online t-shirt design companies
that have some really funky user created designs.

For pants, I just go wherever there is a sale on. I do tend to avoid Walmart for jeans, but I also
don't think that it's necessary to get uber high end jeans either. Just make sure they fit decently
and you're ok. Right now I'm liking the premium line at Steve and Barry's for like $15.

If you see an outfit you really like on a dummy at a store (Macy's, Metropark, whatever) take a
photo with your cel, then duplicate the look with "downscale" buys from less expensive stores.
Women do it *all* the time, there are even regular columns on this in the women's mags.

If a chick is so stuck on high end fashion that she rags me on my jeans or shirts, I look at
it as a shit test and come back with how shallow she is that she only values expensive things, etc.
(Plus she's probably gonna be mondo high maintenance...) As long as you look good, don't let
them have their ideas on fashion change your frame.

I might need to check the sales rack at nordstroms next time apparently instead of buying retail.

Nordstroms OFF THE RACK. It's in Plano Park/Preston. They have some good stuff there. Not always but I have seen some nice stuff pass through there.

The Buckle has awesome jeans. You can find many a pair under a hundred bucks. If you go in the back of the store they have stuff on sale. They usually have a ton ofjeans back there. They also have awesome shirts all over the store. I am not sure they sell a bad shirt at Buckle.

Only problem with e-bay is alot of the higher end jeans are fakes. You have to be careful who you purchase from.
