TXTing v.s. Calling

Postby Guest » Sat Apr 26, 2008 11:59 am

So who thinks it's lame to text the next day instead of calling? I'm sure some of you guys have had this question before. You think it makes a better impression to call? Texts give you good response time and their especially useful an busy days (like today!!), but a phone call is a little more personal and gives you a better chance to establish some comfort. What do u guys think? What gives YOU good results?

I use both. However texting is probably better for comfort.

Why is that?

I like txt primarially. (sp?) it's less invasive, easier to craft a great response, and has a higher response rate in my experience.

Txt for a bit, to solidify the connection, then call after it's established.

yeah, dont call. text. girls dont answer phone calls... but they do respond to text messages.

once something has been built through the text messages, upgrade to calling. you crawl before you walk.

One of the great debates. It's odd though I am not hearing anyone for calling. Usually a few pipe up and swear by calling.

I text about 95% of the time for all the reasons stated above. Phone calls are for girls you have nailed. And even then text is usually better.

Text before nailing...phone calls are only really acceptable after nailing or for a specific purpose such as getting/giving directions so you can nail her.

Calling is too intrusive and it subcommunicates that you have a ton of time on your hands, i.e. you're too available.
