Making new friends & admitting I was wrong

When I first started posting here I mentioned that I didn't know why the community was getting together to play paintball. I honestly thought to myself, "if these guys are serious about learning to interact with women, why aren't they getting together to either do that or talk about that." I still feel that to some extent because I think it adds value to all aspects of our lives to discuss, and better understand, human nature.

I have to tell you something though. For me the best part of finding this community has been spending time with the people I have met from here. Maybe I'll give paintball a shot one of these days. :)

I know it's hard to imagine but there is more to life then meeting women.

Think of this site as a way to build your social circle. These are guys who you probably would have never met before and now they become your friends. Would you go play paintball with your friends?

Kit, the realization you came to this weekend was exactly what we were trying to explain to you in the paintball thread. Sometimes its nice to hang out with guys on the same journey as you without the requirement that you pick-up chicks.
