You are bombarded daily with noise, stress, other peoples issues, your own old voices beliefs and erroneous programming.
The audio has an immediate "high" effect, which is short lived, partially induced by hormonal changes resulting from sustained alpha and theta states. The it plateaus. There are sleep issues if you are using them late at night, but most people prefer to deal with it, just use them earlier or in the mornings.
Over time, you will start to notice your core beliefs change, it is a subtle shift in the subconscious response, but may be an overnightnight shift in conscious thinking, as you are made aware of plenty of negative loops you are running. It will be amazing to see your autopilot resonses shifting towards the suggestions contained within. You will be like, what the fuck, where dis that come from, I just really asserted my self in that situation.
Honestly, 30 days is not enough, but also too, a constant gaurding of your mind from external influnces is mandatory. You use the audio as often as possible to force your thoghts and dreams to a place YOU want to move towards. This is a life long process, not a one time fix. Sure, you can effect a set of issues one month, then aother set next, but the process of framing where your thoughts are is perpetual, maybe not nightly, but with some regularity.
