I love this stuff. I do it...before bed...when sneaking a nap at work...and power naps before going out.

I've been using the platform again lately as I stopped using these for like a month. I'm thinkin its time for a refresher, bump

How do you measure the effectiveness of these?
I started listening to them when I found them about 2 months ago. I fall asleep listening to them pretty much every night. and I have my mp3 player set to loop so it's playing over and over all night.

But how do I know if this is actually doing me any good?

The best way I have found to see if they are working is to re-listen to it when I am consious and awake and then look back and compare with whats been happening vs. what it's telling me.

I think they have helped me considerably.

The 2 I always listen too are:

Fucking Goals
and
Magic Pill Alpha

Everytime I stop listening to Fucking Goals, and then start again, I always get new lays. At least 2 new lays within 2 weeks. I'm workin on #3 within 2 weeks right now.

try for yourself and make your own judgements. Even if its just placebo effect I'm cool with it. These things can do nothing, but help me.
