Quick question: How do you guys approach a set that's at the opposite end of the bar in area where you have no good reason to be except for to make an approach?
I came across this a couple of times while solo. I've read that I should make it look as if I'm just walking by and happened to decide to throw a question out , or otherwise appear as if I've not set my sights on them to make an approach, but sometimes the set's location makes this very difficult, so I've just skipped that set and focused on whatever sets itself up well. Which do you think would be best:
A) Just say fuck it and walk across the bar with my balls out and open them
(I think if I do this, I should use a more direct opener than opinion since I probably just walked right by a bunch of people who could have given me an opinion)
B) Open the set next to them and then lob the opener to the target set for additional input
(Then bail on the decoy set?)
C) Walk straight past them, work a different set for a bit, then open spontaneously on way out
(I kinda like this one because especially if I'm solo, they will probably think I am approaching them and when I walk straight by and don't even notice them it will catch them off guard when I do open them)
