I've been using this in the field for about two weeks and it's opened every set so far and usually starts a conversation.

PUA: "Suppose you are out having a good time one night and you meet a cool guy. You like him and give him your phone number. When he gets in touch with you would you rather he call or send a text?"

It's not too hard to follow this up based on theor reply. Ask why they like whatever they liked.

I have also used this to number close a few chicks. It's been the ones that said they like getting a call and said that guys always send them stupid texts. So, I said "give me your number and I'll send you a cool, funny text right now."

I've been using this is sets for a while now and I've come across a few way it can go and some replies.

If she say she perfers getting a text ask her why.

Many women seem to think getting a text is wimpy and the would like to get a call. Ask them why they think it's wimpy.

I had one chick tell she wants to get a call from a guy she liked, but a text from a guy she didn't like. So, I ask her why she would give her phone number to a guy she didn't like. This went in a fun derection about me sometimes asking for the number of a woman I knew I wasn't going to call. I told her it was just a good way to end an interaction.

One more thing, it's split as to wheather women perfer a call or a text. I text every girl I # close the same messege.

"You really impressed me and that doesn't happen very often. Keep up the good work!"

I'm using this almost exclusively now. It's been very good because every chick has a strong opinion on this subject. Some think a man sending a text demos weakness on his part.

I'm going to add a follow up question asking that if a guy does the wrong thing would she refuse to talk to him after?

It seems to be around 35% perfering text to a and about 65% like getting a call. At least at first.
