Some pretty funny shit...
Some of it is really bad.
Here is what I'm thinking. Go through this list and wright down the ones that are funniest to you on a sheet or two of notebook paper. Then use them all as a routine. Take the list to a club/bar and with it plainly visible walk around reading these lines from the list. Even show them to people and get them talking to you about them. Ask them what the worst line they've ever heard was. Have a few extra sheets of paper and something to write with and get them to add their favorites to your list.
Someone could use this just to get used to opening sets or you could keep playing with it and transition into other conversations with the people you meet.
This would be fun and I think its something most people would get.
