Okay, so we don't have to get along. It's okay for guys to hate each other. It will happen in any group if it's big enough. But please let's not take it public and make personal jabs. In public everyone will want to perform for the audience. Nobody wants to lose face in public and it very easily spirals out of control.

It's okay to have public disagreements but try to keep it about the subject matter and not about the other person.

If you want to have a flame war via email, that's fine. Or if you want to pm a meeting place and time, and try to kick the shit out of each other, that's perfectly okay, as long as it's private. OK?
