Furthermore, typically, I don't respond to emails which don't impress me, and have a relatively attractive picture attached (which yours included neither) but I felt it necessary to let you know how much I dislike your ability to charm a lady.

I'd write:
"I'm not here to impress you or charm you. I'm here to find out about you. Even though you didn't answer with what you find interesting, your response tells me a lot about you."

Then after that I can't decide what should come next.

Perhaps "I got what I wanted, so I guess I should thank you," or "I got all I needed to know," or a half dozen other things I can think of... But they all end with me nexting the bitch.

You're accepting her frame that you come off as a douche, and then argue as to whether or not you actually are one, insisting that you're not. Don't do that. Don't defend yourself or your actions in a situation like this.

Reframe it as if nobody ever mistakes you for a douche and it doesn't even occur to you that you might have looked like one. And she is weird and socially miscalibrated to have made the error. Her response says more about her than it does about you, and frankly she should have to defend her response.

For example, "Oh my god, you remind me of my best friend's ex," changes the focus to her rude actions, while the possibility that you might be (or seem to be) a douche doesn't enter your reality.

It's all about reframing.

I asked her if she was applying to be my secertery and asked how many words per minute she can type.

To this bitch, I would have sent her a picture of some funny charictar....perhaps Superman. Then I would have told her I can fly, have superhuman strenght, heat vision, etc... and ask if she is impressed enough to send me a kind guininune reply....

I would continue with "Look, I realize the other guys are willing to try to impress you without first discovering if you are an interesting person. Let's find out of you are interesting enough for me to want to impress you. 3 things....
