You're accepting her frame that you come off as a douche, and then argue as to whether or not you actually are one, insisting that you're not. Don't do that. Don't defend yourself or your actions in a situation like this.
Reframe it as if nobody
ever mistakes you for a douche and it doesn't even occur to you that you might have looked like one. And she is weird and socially miscalibrated to have made the error. Her response says more about her than it does about you, and frankly she should have to defend
her response.
For example, "Oh my god, you remind me of my best friend's ex," changes the focus to her rude actions, while the possibility that you might be (or seem to be) a douche doesn't enter your reality.
