Where in North Dallas should I move? Locale advise

Postby bulletproof » Thu Feb 14, 2008 10:43 pm

I recently took care of one aspect of my life...I graduated college and got a respectable job.

I'm looking to move to the North Dallas area to be closer to work (in Richardson) and I want to begin working on my goal of becoming a respectable PUA.

I'm looking for a one bedroom apartment. I plan on studying up on interior design and making this place a total fucking panty dropper that reeks of sophistication.

I'm looking for an apartment:that is:
-One bedroom
-No more than 700 a month
-Conducive to minimalist/modern styles of interior design (ie no lame ass feux finished walls and fake granite counter tops...nice, clean wood flooring or brushed concrete is a plus)
-In an area where younger people (ie single, hot, 22-25 year old females) tend to live
-In an area close to quality night-time gaming locations

I don't care too much for the SMU area because the girls are a bit too young and the apartments are overpriced.
Addison seems to be a good area to check out. Do you guys know of any other areas that might be worth looking at? Any specific apartments in Addison that I should check out?

Move over here to the Village. You wont regret it. I know I havent.

There are plenty of places in the North Dallas/Addison area that will fit your criteria. You will be close to work and play.

I live in a place called La Salle. Frankford/Tollway area. I like it because it is super quite and a small community. I never hear people partying or anything like that. I would say overall the tenants are on the older side. While I have hooked up with people in the complex that is nothing that would make me want to move somewhere.

850 Square Foot with a garage is about $900. I know they have smaller apartments tho which would surely be cheaper.

I would recommend spending a day going to all sorts of apartment complexes and seeing what they have to offer. Just get something that is close to your work and close to the nightlife. Pretty much anything around Addison should fit the bill.

Thanks guys. I'll definitely check out The Village and look more around the Addison area.

You can get a loft in Addison Circle for 950, Don't remember the dimensions though, it's been a while since I lived there.
