As you become more confident in yourself, develop skills to make you more attractive and learn how to talk and interact with women, you will notice that more and more women "throw themselves at you" or make the first moves.

I agree that if you are at a bar or on a date or hanging out in most situations you should kino, etc. However, this is not always possible or recommended.

I would estimate that between 70 and 80% of the girls I date make the first approach or pursue me. It never used to be this way but the more that I become a MAN, the more women find me attractive without me consciously doing anything to try and make that happen.

This girl has shown signs of liking you. Not getting a lot of time with her in a group setting and having some desperate guy monopolize her time is not going to change her feelings towards her.

The fact that you turned down one of her invitations to hang out and weren't being desperate or needy will only work in your favor.

I just want to add one thing. It's always the same people at these group get-togethers. I know them probably as well as I know her. I mean, yeah I have her number, and a little bit more rapport with her than the others, but still, I don't really know her if you catch my drift. Also, I don't consider these people obstacles in the sense that some of them I genuinely like and would like to get to know better and be friends with. And I have to be friendly to all of them anyway simply because we work in similar fields and our paths may very likely cross some day.

My plan is as follows: Call her up out of the blue just to DHV. These group things have eased some of the sexual tension I think I was feeling with her before, and I want to throw her back into that frame. But subtly. I won't beat her over the head with it. I'm not even going to bother setting up another meeting just yet. I want to maybe try calling her this weekend, but I probably will be too busy.

PicturePerfect I am curious what was the impact of going after HR. I have been getting mad IOIs from my HR director, she literally came in my office one day and asked if she could ask me a question, i say yes and she asks me how much it cost to relocate me to Dallas. Of course I am thinking in my head you are HR don't you know this. It was the weakest excuse I have ever seen a girl use but I have not been able to act on it as I am so concerned about burning bridges with of all people in my office, HR.
