Funerals

Postby MagicBalls » Fri Dec 21, 2007 1:41 am

They often put up an announcement of funeral services on the bulletin board of a location which I frequent. I was thinking of going to a wake, even if I don't know the old timer.

Anyone have some good openings for funerals? I've seen the granddaughters of the clientèle come around -- not too shabby.

The Classic Dead Body Opener....

"Hey have you guys ever seen a dead body?"
Why should I listen to you when you don't even get laid?

There is a line somewhere in what we do. P/U at funerals is way over the line.
"Ask what makes you come alive and do it, because what the world needs is people who have come alive."
"Our doubts are traitors, and make us lose the good we oft might win, by fearing to attempt."
"No one gives it to you, you have to take it."

"if its okay for Tom Green to hump a dead moose........." Slim Shady.

Um. Not saying it can't be done... or that it even should be tried... but... How would you overcome the intensely dark attmosphere of a funeral?

Just some random thoughts that poped in my head as possible openers.
Hey, uh... got a stiff one over here.
or,
Yeah, george isn't the only stiff one in the room.

Okay... maybe not.

This is strictly advanced level, using some techniques only available in an unpublished compilation of private manuscripts from top PUA's and found by me taped underneath the sink of the woman's restroom of the Ghostbar during an invitation-only night. Requires +18 charisma and grants + 2 freaky.

Are you actually serious?

This is revolting, and could only be done by someone who is truly ethically-deficient & morally-bankrupt. People are going to be in a highly vunerable emotional state because they've lost someone they love, and you want to show up, use manipulative pyschological tactics to take advantage of their grief so you can fuck them?

I can live with that. Give me a call next time you're planning on going to one of these, and if I'm in Dallas, I'll join you.

WF: I can tell you're a strong girl--emotionally speaking. Funerals have always depressed me....we should do something happy after this to get our minds off of it. I'm thinking ice skating...

WF: The important lesson to be learned here is that we have to live each day as if it were our last. We should do the things we want to when we get an oppertunity, because you never know if it will be your last oppertunity....

Whew I have actually wedding crashed once but funerals not so much. I dont think its impossible but seems like praying on an emotional low point that honestly isnt what you want to build something out of.
