Salsa Lessons

Postby El Fenix » Wed Dec 12, 2007 7:46 pm

One of the things I've wanted to do for some time is learn how to do salsa dancing. Well, I'm in luck because the Mambo cafe downtown does them from 7:30 to 9pm on Fri and Sat.
I'm going, who's with me?

Is it a real salsa class or one of those deals where they just show the basics every night??

Dunno, we've never been.

I am sorta talking for el Fenix. His net is down so he is speaking vicariously through me.

Im sure its the basics.... but if you get to the point where youre like dancing with the stars and shit Im sure there will be others more advanced also. But again, we havent been yet, so im just speculating at this point.

Yes its free. It's probably just the basics, but thats more than I know right now. And you get immediate practice. I hear the food at the place is pretty good too.
Besides, Latinas like white meat :)
