I think we're mostly in agreement here. I think recognizing the value of what we're offering versus what we're getting should fall under good negotiation. We certainly shouldn't be paying gurus for the privelige of advertising, but it may not always be so cut-and-dry. I would prefer not to have a hard-and-fast rule that exclude options and constrain possibilities, but I am perfectly fine with guidelines.
As for registering a non-profit, I am unfamiliar with what exactly has to be made public. But I think if dallaspua begins to have any significant assets to speak of, we're going to need some kind of legal entity to formalize ownership of those assets. I'm not going to speculate right now on what the best answer will be. I'll just say that this will need more thought when the time comes.
