Vector's theft of DallasPUA's site material

To all my fellow PUA's,

A few months ago I placed Vector as lair leader of Dallas PUA before I left on my travels. He was given access to my site to help with the operations. As soon as I saw him secretly converting ownership of my website to himself, I took measures to limit his access. Unfortunately he hacked into dallaspua.com and stole both material and database for his own site. The original agreement was to hand over dallaspua.com to an organized group with a constitution so no one individual would control everything. Until then I owned the website and he was the lair leader. The IC was formed to be an organization to run the lair, however it was not organized nor adhered to the constitution and by-laws. In Vector on words he said "I got appointed to be the new king [by Mojo] and the IC is mostly apathetic and irrelevant (don't tell anyone I said that)". The theft of website content is both ethically and legally wrong. I was naive in trusting Vector.

I will return shortly to continue the building of an organization that will grow and continue to help you and the community. Dallaspua.com will continue to be ranked top of the search engines, attracting any person in Dallas area seeking self improvement. Sorry for the confusion brought upon the Dallas community by Vector.

I've met both Vector and Mojo each exactly once. My initial impression of both of them was that they were cool guys. I liked them both almost instantly. I have been told by a credible source that Vector is a person of integrity but even if credible this is still second hand information. The details outlined by Vector in his post seemed logical and were well presented. But even if he adhered only to the facts his account of the situation would still be one sided. Also I have no reason to question Mojo's integrity or his authority to retain control of the site that he created.

I do not like what I've read about the creation of the Inner Circle. I also do not like what I have read about the F-Group. We all came here for the purpose of improving our social skills and to learn how to be better men. We did not come here to form cliquish, secrete societies with foolish little secrete handshakes. I can understand the desire to be a member of a Fraternity where we are all brothers here to help one another, but that is what I think the community as a whole is supposed to be.

Before I learned about the F-group I told Vector that I understood his position. I still understand his position but I think he might have found a better way to solve his problem. He could even have created another lair without taking DallasPUA content.

I'm sure that at every step those who were involved could have managed this better... However... Mojo started this forum and has spent several years building it into what it is. While I have questions concerning the creation of the IC, this site still belongs to Mojo.

I still respect both of these individuals as skilled PUAs. As well I understand the complicated decisions that come from managing and running a lair of this size and importance and the problems that may result from those decisions.

I see no reason at this point to leave DallasPUA. There is a wealth of knowledge here. There are many skilled and talented individuals who have been contributing to this forum and will in all likelihood continue to do so. I believe that we continued growth without the existence of superfluous secrete cliquish groups is in the best interests of DallasPUA and those who come here to share and gain knowledge.

I am disapoitned in Vector's actions, as they are deviceve and harmful to the community. I think he means well, but he has formed some ellitest F-group that is counter to what I think the community should stand for and be about...helping out people regardless of politics and condesending clicks...
