many gurus say it takes 21 days to break a habit. A habit can affect your life whether it be something small like biting your nails to something huge like not approaching women. But one that is mostly chemical is masturbation. Masturbation has it benefits, but when it come to PU girls we are better off with out it. There are more benefits of NOT masturbating.

If you can control you're urges, then you can control your'self, and if you can control your'self, the possibilities are endless

once you learn to control your body you learn that masturbating is not an urge, its just chemicals trying to trick you.

Some benefits of NOT masturbating are

1 More testosterone
2 Clearer thinking
3 More pheremones
4 More confidence
5 Deeper voice
6 Easier to project more sexual body language
7 More energy

Be aware that your penis does not control you, but that you control the penis.

I'm pretty sure I'm already at least to 3 weeks or more without masturbating, or at least masturbating to orgasm.

As for who's going to see if everyone follows through, count me out. I'm not going to go through you guys' trash looking for wank rags, lol.

Lol, if you go 21 days and don't want to have sex, there's probably something wrong with you.

Some philosophers say the value of a person can be ascertain by the level of liberation he has attained from self. Meaning, the less of a slave you are to yourself, you instincts, the more value you have as a human.

It's a nice idea if you are trying to break yourself from the psychological hold masturbation has on you. Some people masturbate several times a day, and it would certainly be good to at least cut back. However, I don't think there is any scientific or medical fact in that 7-point list.

I disagree. While I don't think all of the things he listed are necessarily true (it's difficult to think clearly when you're horny), I'm fairly certain that, to a point, the longer you go without ejaculating, the higher your testosterone level.

I feel as though my recent abstinence from masturbation has made me more intense, though I'm not sure that's entirely a good thing. It seems as though it makes it more difficult to keep a healthy mental/emotional state, but when I'm able to do it, it amplifies the result.
