So I just had my second knee surgery on Monday as some of you already knew so I am gonna be laid up for a little while... But I do have a substantial amount of pain killers to get me by

I'm gonna use this time to catch up on some reading and develop some new tactics and techniques that I have been thinking about.

I had a health scare myself recently. I have Fatty Liver Disease aka "Supersize Me" syndrome. My liver and spleen are enlarged with fat. Not good.
I was trying to enlarge my penis and look what happens!! Sigh!!

Seriously, this puts a halt to my drinking and socializing and also my Big Mac Attacks. The good news is that I have found Jesus in vitamins and omega 3 fish oils.
