Roommate for North Dallas house

Im looking to see if anyones lease is up by July or is just plain looking to move into a bigger place? A sort of Project Dallas if you would...the place is nice and huge. 2500 sq/ft, two story house in North Dallas by Frankford and Marsh. Minutes from Addison and very close to the tollway and George Bush.

About the place: there are 3bedrooms and 2 1/2bathrooms, the rooms are all upstairs, so if we have people over or whatever, they would have to go up the stairs to get to the rooms. The downstairs is going to have 3 main seating areas. One if going to have a 65" tv with leather couches etc. The other is going to be a pool table area. And the third, I havent figured out what to do, might just end up keeping it as a formal dining or whatever. Your room would be around 13' x 12' and you would share a bathroom. The bathroom has dual sinks, and is very nice; women always look at the bathrooms to judge a person. Move in is set for August 1st 2008 and the rent is going to be $650 all inclusive.

I am looking for someone who is respectable, and trustworthy who love to go out and sarge. I have another roommate who is 28 and has a gf. We are both professionals who work 9-5 and are looking for someone who is the same and has their head on their shoulders. We both workout hard everyday at the 24hr gym by Trinity Mills and Marsh. We do go out alot during the weekends, and sarge sometimes during the week.

I am very well connected around Dallas and have access to all the bars/lounges etc. I am only interested in 8's or above. My last gf was a figure model when I lived in New England, we broke up and hence I moved to Dallas two years ago. I dont say that to sound cocky, but just to show you my pedigree.
