The picture may be deceptive because the majority of her legs are under water. She might not be too bad. I wouldn't say she's hot, but I wouldn't call her an ugg either.

If she had her clothes on she'll probably still look like a HB10.
It was more cellulite than actual "fat". Women are good at hiding this kind of shit

NO SHIT! I can't tell you how many times I've been completely and utterly let down by boobs that I thought were perky only to realize that they were perky due to a 'wonder bra.' Or, an ass that looked big, juicy, and firm but soon discovered that it REALLY was the jeans.
