OMG SEXUAL HARASSMENT!

Ok so there's this girl who just started working at my job
She's 16.
Every day, she's flirting with me
I have no interest in her
But yeah, I talk and joke and play around with everyone
She might confuse that with flirting with her
She's grabbed my ass, and "accidentally" bumped up against me a few times
I don't feel all victimized or "OMG SEXUAL HARASSMENT!!" Or anything
But I'm sure you understand my concern.
Should I tell her "hey, cut that shit out"
There are several outcomes and only one of them is beneficial to me
She could screw me over by accusing me of improper behavior
And everyone would believe her.
The word of a fucked up crack whore is enough to ruin a man's life
What of the word of a sweet, innocent 16 year old school grl?
Any advice on how to deal with her without pissing her off?

She won't get pissed of and try to screw you over as long as you don't let her down in a mean way. Don't be too direct about it.

Does she have any girlfriends at work? If so, just pull one of them aside, be like "hey, this girl has been real flirty with me, but I'm really not in to that, she's only 16. What should I do?" Like you're asking her for advice, but REALLY, what you're doing is putting it out there.

Word will travel. And she can't blame you for being mean, because you didn't actually call her out for anything.

Now I've tried this, and it usually works OK. I've also had it not work. In that case, you can either A) ignore her, in which case she'll figure it out eventually and hopefully not embarrass herself, or B) throw her a bone, but throw out blatant disqualifiers, like "hey you're cool, too bad i'm really in to girls my own age." and then start talking about something else.

If you do any of these things, chances are she will like you EVEN MORE, but she will get the hint that you are unattainable for her, and she will give up trying.
