In the 90s, a Missouri Presiding Judge wrote Dear Abby about the 60% rate of mothers accusing fathers of sexual abuse when there's a custody challenge.

Only 2% (!!!) of the claims were valid, but these claims can get expensive and some times go too far, with an innocent father ending up in jail.

In 1995, a 12 year old Texas girl was trying to clear her father's name when she learned he had killed himself in prison. She then killed herself. The mother had forced her five years previous to accuse him of molesting her, even though it was false.

Eerily similar to how women can claim false rape....it's just trash (Not to say that rape is not a serious matter).

Wanna hear something really fucked up? If you fuck a girl when she's really drunk, she can file charges and you may be charged with rape! The argument is that she was too drunk to make an educated decision, claiming that if she was sober, she wouldn't have slept with you. Isn't that just horseshit?!

NO way.... well that sucks that means I'm a raper. Ahh! But what if both of you are drunk?

Or what if you are drunk and she isn't, and you just rape her the old fashioned way? Does that count??
