Hey, so I've been working out and stuff for like a year. and recently something WEIRD happened...ok so I stopped going to the gym for the past month and suddenly I start losing weight (I'd assume it takes longer than a month to start losing muscle, right?) but anyways...a few days ago I was 240lbs, today, I'm 220lbs...is there any logical explanation for losing 20lbs in three days? you could say, water (though I do still drink water, though not nearly as much) and I now walk everywhere. if I go to a burger joint, I walk there and back and I just get a burger and water...you might also say loss of muscle, but I can still do as many pushups and situps as I could when I worked out...

I'm actually suspecting my scale to not be accurate, it is an old mofo

Yes, finally did what you needed to do. You should actually only work out 90 days straight and then take a break. Talk to PP or Fenix for more information about what your body is doing internally.

Cant explain 20 in 3 days. I'm down 10 or so this year, since I havent been in the gym much. All my spare time has been focused on other things.

Weight loss or gain when you stop lifting is normal, but not sure about that much, that quick.

Probably an inaccurate scale. You would notice 20 lbs disappearing :)

You take any huge dumps in that time?

If you're trying to lose weight (tone) then you should focus primarily on cardio. diet change and cardio will drop lbs. quick. If you're really wanting to bulk up, then by all means do lifting first...otherwise put Card as your priority.

As for the massive weight loss, Id say its a combo of many diff things. Regulate your schedules. Use daily dosages of fiber to regulate poops to the same time every day. Weigh yourself everyday shortly after. You aren't holding 20 lbs. of water weight. Cut down in sodium to reduce the amount of water withheld.

The suggestion of working out for 90 days and stopping is a little misleading. Use that time frame to swap priorities. You can crash course and to all in the same period, but the results are more difficult to keep due to radical change in lifestyle.
