a question for the guys in dallas

hey dudes whats going on? i am thinking of coming up this wednesday to dallas for a week, but one of my friends say that the weather is pretty bad and that not a whole lot of people will be going out.I would appreciate if you guys could tell me if he is right or wrong. thanks.

Yesterday was the coldest it's been all year. Not too bad today, won't be too bad tomorrow. You'll be here all week, people will be going out. Besides if it's too crowded it's uncomfortable and hard to hear (not like I listen to people, ZING!).
