ok this is random however...i was driving home from work today and i saw a billboard, so i got to ask this question.

Is there anybody out there, anybody at all, who drinks fucking MICHELOB?

I saw a big fucking billboard for it but i swear i can't remember ONE TIME in my ENTIRE LIFE ever seeing anybody EVER drink that beer. I've never tried it. How do they stay in business?? maybe i'm losing my mind.

nope... don't know if i've ever even tried it for that matter... guessing they probably survive by being one of the cheaper beers that people buy who go for value over taste

I worked at a liquor store briefly during college, people do indeed drink it.

Michelob is really popular in the north for some reason. I am from MN and a ton of people drink it.

Its more popular in Jersey / NY but its still not a mainstay. I was out last Sunday and the waitress nearly crapped herself when I ordered a Heineken. She had to check her cheat sheet to see if they had it. Apparently I was the first person who ever ordered one from her. Weird.

I tried to order one from Sherlocks last night they did not have it. They gave me Michelob Ultra instead, which according to PC has only like 15 calories so that's pretty badass when you're already hammered and taste is of less concertrn.

Michelob Ultra is known for its low carbs. Calories are lower than a normal beer but still not that low. From their website:

Michelob ULTRA
Light-golden in color with subtle notes of citrus, this low-carb American-style light lager is made from 2-row Munich malts and European Select hops giving it a clean, refreshing body and finish.

ABV 4.2%, 95 calories, 2.6g carbs, 0.6g protein and 0.0g fat, per 12 oz bottle.

Michelob ULTRA Amber
With a beautiful amber color, this beer blends the aromas of 2-row black and caramel malts with U.S grown Willamette and European hops giving it a full, rich taste and clean hop finish.

ABV 5.0%, 114 calories, 3.7g carbs, 1.1g protein and 0.0g fat, per 12 oz bottle.
