I am already planning a get together for when it's all over to which all you guys are invited (and actually, will be challenged to see who can bring the most hot chicks with them). Date to be announced ;) There will be a contest like the bull run event a while back... and it's going to be off the hook... if someone doesn't end up in jail that night i didn't do my job right ;)

PP (hey that's funny sounds like pee-pee), you've mentioned your situation before... I know you feel my pain :) I am actually still crossing my fingers that we can get a quicky divorce done (61 days)... that's if she doesn't do like she keeps threatening to everytime she gets pissed at me (which seems to be a lot) and lawyer up... unfortunately until my house sells I can't file the papers because I can't afford the support payments until I get rid of that note... and she can't afford to move out of my house until we get the money from the house... picked a great time with the housing market the way it is :) i just hope she doesn't lawyer up because i'd hate to have to push the red button and go thermonuclear on her ass (quit my job, move back to austin with my parents, become a bum and fight her every inch of the way on spousal support). I just need this damn house to sell quick... it could all be over very quickly as soon as it does... quickie divorce filed, ex moved, and freedom back... need the $$ tho from that house sell and not paying the mortgage anymore.

oh yeah and try $2500/mo support... that's if she doesn't lawyer up the last one she talked to thought she should get $3800/mo (tho that's total BS)

In texas if you have been married for 10 years spousal support can be granted.

And if you do get married....make sure to include a prenup.
