He's got a point. People have turned the PUA movement into a cash machine. David D. anyone? I mean seriously, I get random shit from him all the time.

For the most part though, the movement remains 'grassroots' but that doesn't stop guys from thinking they can make a buck off of the ineptitude of those that are seeking to become better with women.

Desperation + creative marketing + outlandish promises of success = profits

i couldn't get past a few seconds of this drivel but to add..

...David D is actually how i found the community YEARS ago, long before mystery and The Game, and Vh1 show. (yes it did exist long before that... ;) )

The self help genre is a HUGE multi billion dollar market. It's just a niche within self-help that we have a tuned in awareness to. Look at Tony Robbins, Dr. Phil, cruise by the self help section in any bookstore...

if anything, i hope it tunes people in to information that is out there, and let's them start to do their OWN research, take control of their own future, and not necessarily buy into marketing machines. If i stopped at the marketing machine, i would have never actually uncovered the underlying community...
