well then you have to worry about over-use injuries. I firmly believe in slow warm up, using perfect form on every lift, stretching after lifting, and avoiding over-use.

Look, I really don't do the whole ego thing, but I do believe in putting yourself out there as honestly as possible so to answer you fairly - I'm a good looking guy, and I've been to the gym a time or two.

Here's what I've noticed - you're free to disagree. There is a small percentage of girls that will sleep with you just for your looks, provided you don't fuck it up. Just like there's a small percentage who will sleep with a guy just for his money. But it's never been the quality girl I would choose for myself.

The other thing it does is it gets you instant IOI's and proximity during the day - but not as much at night/bars/etc. I'm curious to see if it makes a bigger difference with day game than just as an approach-invitation-getter. I don't do too much day game now, but there may be something to be said and explored there. I can't comment since I don't have the experience.

Internet - who knows. I don't do online game right now. I imagine it would help here since they don't have much else to go on.

Aat the bar girls just do not seem to give a fuck, that's the flat out truth. Maybe I'll get some EC, some proximity.

Look, I've been blown out of a set by a guy named Tenmagnet when in Las Vegas right before joining this community. The guy's like 5'6 and 10 years my senior, but being a MM instructor his game was just so tight he pulled a 9 right from under my nose by coming in to the set by buying me a beer, and then being more interesting and challenging. Am I mad? Not at all. Lesson learned.

I know one thing. Having a beer keg instead of a six pack does not get you laid... I've proven this much. But it does not prevent it either... and either way I believe that confidence is the key ingredient.

That said... I think you should be concerned with fitness not for the sake of your game but for the sake of your personal health. The reason that you do this should be that you enjoy it, that you will live longer and that you'll feel better in your day to day life.

Don't you think this applies to everything in PU?

Everything you do should be for you, not anyone else. That's the lesson PU should utimately be teaching all of us.

As a fighter i have an opinion as does everyone on martial arts. Krav Maga is the biggest load of crap i have ever seen in my entire life. My cousin who is self trained whoops the shit out of isreali soilders on a daily basis. And besides Krav Maga has no practical purposes, its "theory" is kill or be killed. I lived in Isreal for a while and saw it first hand. But anywho I love the quote, "Train insane, or remain the same." There are two types of people in this world the ones that complain and the ones that do something about it. Even though you are doin krav magagagaga crap you are still making a change so keep workin hard and kudos.

I've been enjoying the Krav, and with it and diet, I am now down about 40 pounds, however my weight loss has stalled. I need to find someone to lift weights with me. I need to train insane, as it was so put. I seriously want to bulk up my arms, and lose my gut.

Just moved to the Carrollton area, so hopefully I can find someone at one of the local gyms.
