I wish this were true.

If a girl can't see your body, how will she know you have a good one? Start buying your t-shirts a size smaller than normal, even 2 sizes smaller. And I do mean skin-tight. Now go out for the evening, if you aren't opened by girls touching your arms, chest, and abs then I owe you a coke.

Anything unusual or interesting could get you opened, that's not getting you laid. In fact, very few girls will sleep with you just because they're physically attracted, even drunk girls. The game is played in comfort.
My women are always telling me how good I make the love. I move my butt in a circular fashion...it does the job...

I don't know about that. I think that's part of it, but not the entire equation. I've been with plenty of girls that were very comfortable around me, yet I didn't necessarily have sex with them.

I think the game is played in being a strong, sexual man.
The difference is indifference.

There's a big difference in wearing a silly hat and having a great body. Whether you want to admit it or not women love muscles. Turn on the TV, how many skinny or flabby sex-symbols do you see? None. They all have great physiques. If you don't want to work out, that's cool. You can still get girls. Just don't kid yourself and think that it doesn't make any difference because it absolutely does. And instead of being that guy that doesn't work out and telling me it doesn't make any difference, why don't you ask someone you know that has transformed their body and ask them if it has made a difference. The point of the game is to become the complete package. That includes the way you look. So we can stick with having an average body (we know what average means) or we can be the guy that stands out physically in a crowd. Even if it's only, as you say, a placebo effect you will still feel 10 times better. What's wrong with feeling 10 times better?

For the record, it works both ways. Girls will sleep with a guy solely because he is attractive. Girls will also sleep with guys because they have great game. Let's not discount any one way. Before you start a flame war, it is my opinion that you DO NOT have to be attractive to get laid.

working out has an actual physical effect on you that can help you attract women. A good work out releases endorphins into your body which are the same things that drugs like heroin release into your body. If you feel good women feel good around you and want to be around you. Also in a good work out you have to push yourself, you have to give your all to get the most gains. When I started this caused me to do my best in all areas of life. Areas which guess what?... helped me easily and naturally attract more and more women. I know that working out has changed my life not just physically it was the one thing that started to change my previous total lack of self discipline. The benefits of working out are many more than just these and as I said aren't just physical. I don't do it for women, I do it for me. The benefits are far greater than the drawbacks... speaking of what are the drawbacks?

Btw I just started a bulking program again, last time I gained 30 lbs. I'm hoping to gain 20 more of all muscle by the end of the summer. This thread has helped me out alot, thanks.
There are 2 ways you can get an amazing woman.
1.you can become an amazing manipulator
2 you can become an amazing man

If you are not escalating then you aren't doing anything.

I gained 30lb really fast, then the next 20 took about a year. I've netted about 10lb in the last 8 month and I lift harder than ever and eat better than ever. Newb gains are a bitch. However, when I put on 2lb now, I can see it.

Anyone had any serious injuries from lifting heavy? I had a hernia and had to have surgery. I also tore something in my shoulder that has caused me problems for years. My joints have a lot of pain when I lift too.

Of course I'm older than you guys so when you get to be my age you'll understand more. I think lifting does do some damage.
No, No, that's the left. We want the good one.

i thought I had a hernia until I read more on it today. I screwed up both shoulders but found a good ART doctor and I'm 100%. Competitive power lifting and "bodybuilding" are 2 different things.

I actually do high volume/light weight because I don't want to be injured when I'm older. Plus it keeps me somewhat lean since I do zero cardio.
