I think the They will take the young, uneducated and unemployed 18 year olds first. Most of us are ok. Gunslinger just turned 18 though so he's probably screwed. Bring us all back something Korean bro.[/QUOTE]

If the draft is reinstated, which I really really really hope won't happen in my lifetime, they can ask pretty much anyone who can walk. I would say anyone over 60 would be off limits. Yes, they will take 30 something year olds too. No one on this forum would be excluded, don't kid yourself.

Actually, if I went back to college, they would probably take you before me.

True... that would totally suck. I just think they would send the least productive members of society first. It only makes sense. We are all probably on the safer side. Hell I'd probably go back to college too lol. Either that or you guys are all welcome to stay with me at the newly founded Project Toronto.

Those little fuckers better pray to the god of skinny little punks I don't get drafted....

Yea, but wouldn't this be the cause to get behind? Axis of evil n.korea and tyrannical china. As opposed to this bullshit "war on terror"

I'm not 100% sure I wouldn't voulunteer if it came down to it.

No, because we were never attacked, our way of life is not at stake. I say we let the koreas duke it out themselves, and we can send the occasional weapon supply to assist the south. We have enough problems in our country. Lets take care of us first. America is so quick to be a do gooder for everyone else in the world while our own people suffer. Just like when we give aid and food to other countries that are starving. We have plenty of starving americans here at home.

Lets put ourselves first for once, and what WE need is not another war.

Besides, another war is just going to get us more in debt, and that means china owning even more of america. The budget needs balanced, this debt can't go on like this forever, eventually we will become bankrupt. Look at this graph, we keep on getting more and more and not paying it off.

I found that pretty funny for some reason. At least there would be unlimited maple syrup and hockey there.
