sorry muk and the others.. what I meant by "court" in this case is "hearing." It's just a hearing at municipal court. I'm not talking about upper lvl court with lawyers and all.

I went to hearing today. Basically, it was to gather everyone who wishes to go to trial lol... what a waste of time. Civil workers are rude as fuck, but the judge there was nice and happy like a rabbit. I learned that low class civil workers think they are the shit while their judges are modest and nice. I guess it's the education that makes quality people. I could just tell the big gap in the quality of their personality and such.

I got to talk to prosecutor. He basically told me that I have a decent case and could go to trial if I wanted to. If I win, it's the best thing for me. If I lose, I would be worse off than paying money and taking DD. More money to pay and it stays on record because it counts as a conviction.

Anyways I just decided to take DD and get this shit off my mind.

Thanks everyone for your advices. If you guys know a good way to take defensive driving, let me know. I heard u could do video, online, or other ways such as going to restaurant and doing something.

Well the other day I got pulled over for going 20 over on the highway. The cop give me a ticket. But you know how there are three copies? Like the white, pink and yellow sheet? Well it only printed on the top sheet so the cop said he would let me off with a warning. Too bad all cops aren't that cool.

really? It isn't that hard. The highway is very easy to speed on, and when you have a sports car its that much easier. Not hard to get up to 70 mph in the fast lane at all.
