taking care of yourself is not a on-and-off thing. it's a continuous lifestyle.

for example if someone has to clean his room then he will clean it again in the future, just because hes a messy guy. but someone like myself, who never has to clean his room just because i dont leave things around.

same with life. things like work and study just gotta be taken care of the moment they come. if you have a pile of things to do, and even if you are able to do them all at once, guess what you will find yourself in the exact same situation in two month.
Nothing is ever a big deal.

This is how we become stronger. There are many people that never find the ambition to radically change their lifestyle to get the things they want, they avoid the short-term problems you may be experincing, but they also miss out on the long-term rewards you may later reap.

Stay strong, you'll find the balance.

Find your balance man... balance is everything in life. You've got some new things that tip the balance in the direction of chaos. So take your time and find it.

For me, I've got my son here visiting for a month, and I've only gone out twice in the last 2 weeks; that's fine. I'm a parent LONG before im a PUA.

When he goes back to Cali tho, I'll be instantly back to 3-4 nights a week.
The four agreements:
1. Be impeccable with your words and deeds.
2. Never take anything personally.
3. Never make assumptions.
4. Always do your best.
