Early roommate Applications

I am taking early applications for a new roommate. Move in date will be Dec. 1st. I like to get a good head start on things. It is entirely possible that you could move in before then if need be.

Location: 635 and Jupiter, near Northwest Highway.

Backstory - currently live with the LTR. She will be gone in November to California. At which point ye ol' Lion will be single n ready 2 mingle. I need a cool roommate/wing or someone who would like to learn this stuff.

Pluses: I live in a nice house in the Lake Highlands area of Dallas. Women will be impressed with the house as it is the nicest on the block in a good neighborhood. The house has 3 beds, 2 baths, 2 car garage. The house is wired for wi-fi. I have a gym setup in the garage, however a car can be parked in there. I park my pickup in the driveway. There is never any traffic in my neck of the woods. I am close enough to addison, uptown, lower greenville, and downtown. each area is no more than 15 minutes away, downtown maybe 20. The house can be entertained at as well.

Minuses - Though I have 2 baths, I only have 1 shower and no bathtub. The shower will have to be shared. I have a dog and cat so people with allergies may not like that. I live in a neighborhood that is in-between a rich neighborhood and a poor neighborhood. I do not see any of the poors in my neighborhood though. I will not have cable because I don't watch tv. If you want cable it will have to be paid by you. I like my house spotless so I don't want any messy messersons.

Rent is $600 and half of the electric bill, water bill, and gas bill or $750 all bills paid.

I needz a roommate. Room is available asap. Dropping rent to $500 a month. I'll look here before I find a creeper off craigslist.

Will possibly give up master bedroom. The other bedroom has wall-length mirrors that I would...prefer.
