Do you guys ever have trouble balancing your life out? No necessarily just pick up, but everything. Lately I have been working a lot and having a lot of work for school (finals and projects). By the time I get off of work at 5 or 6 (after a long day) I just want to crash for the night before I get up at 4 or 5 am the next day. In a couple weeks I am going to be working 6 or 7 8-12 hr days a week. I remember in the summer time last year I would just eat, sleep, and work, that is how much I was working and it wore the fuck outta me. This leaves me little time to go out with. I would like to sarge more, but it is hard to fit it into my schedule a lot of the time. Then you have a couple of hrs of free time and you got to decide if you want to read that book you have been trying to finish for months but can't get the time to finish it or hit the bar for a couple hours. I can only run on 4 hrs of sleep so many times a week.

So I end up going out like once a week, because that is all I can fit in my schedule a lot of the time. It seems like a lot, including sarging is taking the back burner in my life, but what can you do about it? Certain things you just can't cut out of your life.

i recommend power naps.
diet
exercise(yes it tires u out short time but doing a 20 min cardio exercise every few days will result in u having more energy)

as far as diet eating a lot of lactose/dairy products is harsh on the body. dairy and other proteins take more energy to digest but the lactose reaaaallly sloooooooooows u down... so kick cows in the face with your energy legs and say fuck you! lol

choosing wheat products over flour is more beneficial to the mind and body. also eat something every 2 to 3 hours. this keeps u from overindulging which slows the body down.

practice consolidating tasks. dont procrastinate. write a todo list.

one last thing you can avoid is getting into sloth like habits. if u start craving sleep all the time then in ur free time thats what you will do.... sleep... break these habits but sleep is important. their are 2 fields in life u need balanced primarily above others. money then women.

The one thing I have not even come close to achieving in life is Balance.

I will say part of it is your diet. You eat the worst foods I have ever seen anyone intake. You can't have mozzarella sticks for lunch and think that is going to provide you with the energy you need.

I used to work a lot back when I was super motivated. It is hard to find time for other stuff but if you really want to you will. I can remember two distinct times in my life where I would work 12+ hours a day 6-7 days a week. It was not uncommon to come home chill for an hour and then pass out only to do the same thing the next day. Just remember that it won't last forever and eventually you will get back to normalcy. You are also going to be banking during this time. This means you will actually be able to buy a bed hahhahahahahha.

Also maybe you will only sarge one day a week now. So hopefully you will make it worth it. You might find yourself trying 10 times harder.
