This routine could help you, if you find you have approach anxiety. If you attempt it, be open and prepare to expand and grow.
Please keep in mind:
This is to help you over come the approach anxiety. If you use routines like this constantly, it become stifling.
Go to Barnes and Nobles.
Approach a woman. Does not matter whom. Married, single. Group of women would actually be good too. All will work in this exercise, so it's your choice.
Ask her to recommend a children's book. Then intend on informing her that it is for yourself. You will be reading the book.
Keep in mind, not every woman knows of children's books. You may want to do this a few times, to you experience the vibe.
To create synergy, don't deny the vibe. Be open to everything. Everything.
Get her to help you find the book.
Open the book, intend to show interest in her opinion of the book.
If you vibe well, this could create a response that you both literally enjoy. Express your joy, and she will be open to express hers.
Respond, in place of reacting, to her. Be open to her responding to you. That is vibing.
Don't forget to take deep breaths, throughout the whole process, and use your real smile.
