What are these sarging events like?

If I'm 40 years old, can I show up to a sarging mission? Will I be hanging out with a bunch of college kids? I don't want to feel like I'm trying to re-live my youth!

Also, do the people in these missions tend to be similar levels of ability? If I'm just starting out, and don't have any routines or openers, can I show up and be a wing?

I'm a bit confused...

Thanks,

Royal Flush

No not at all! The average age I would say for these is about 27 - 30 by far not all college kids. While there are a few of us I'm 21 and really other than a couple of my wings that go I'm one of the youngest. Besides age is all in how you feel any way right?

You should come out next time. The ages range from 19 to late 30's so you will not be out of place. There will be a few people more than helpful to give pointers, first impressions, whatever. It's a band of brothers.

You better be their.

Yep and Nope.

Yep there is going to be college kids and yep there is going to be people older than you.

And nope because no matter what your skill level is I'm sure one of us or you will get you in a set.

So this would mean know what you want. If want a college girl.. Go for it. If you want someone more around your age.. Then do it. Know what you want before you go out. Remember you cant get to the bathroom if you don't know what bathroom to use. Is simple no worries

Nope.. people are all different levels some people know alot and I do mean alot.. The best thing is typically everyone has a strong point... We are team.. I team full of Quarterbacks is really useless. We all have a role

I dont think anyone has any troubles being a wing with you.

Hey and what's up with all the dissing on the college kids! haha I'm totally willing to help older guys, but comon now let's play nice. Older people generally have more experiences to relate to, mix that with a younger guy who has the guts to try something new and you've got a deadly combo. I would learn the basics of at least 1 technique before you go to one of these because I don't want to waste time talking theory when I'm in the field I want to practice it. The whole point of these is to learn by doing, and to have a guy standing behind you shoving you into to doing what's best for you.
