Meetup events and forum talks - suggestions

Folks,

For these boards, I think it's a reasonable resolution to have forum events monthly for the year of 2013. What I want to find out from you is:

1. Are there any topics that you would like to hear about?
2. Are you, or someone you know, wanting to make a speech? As good of a speaker Triumvirate is, we would also like to see some variety!
3. What are you hoping to get out of a forum talk/meetup?

I could be open to it later on in the year. I think a lot more guys would be open to this if there is a known disclaimer that says giving a talk doesn't imply that you have to be a complete expert. If it's framed in a "share what you've learned, share what gets you results" more guys would be up for it.

3. What are you hoping to get out of a forum talk/meetup?
A chance to meet to guys to roll with, a way to reenergize the group to keep at it. Learn something new.
