Arlington PUA's Unite!!!!!

I am in the Arlington Area... read some PUA stuff but don't know where to start.

slightly off-topic, but what venues (if any) are there in arlington? seems like i spend most of my time in either dallas or fort worth, but nowhere else in the metroplex.

RED here. I live in Mansfield, and am also looking for a some local wings.

I recommend Applebees (Cooper and I-20) if you drink beer. Dollar beers, and cheap drinks. Good night starting point. The Highlands, around the corner (located at Matlock and I-20) has a few places to go to.

The only problem with these locations is they typically only have one or two good sets their on a week night.

Thursday is college night at Blackfinn, as I am told, so I am going up there in moments.

Will report my findings.

So I went to Blackfinn, decently packed, however, boring crowd. One set there, and one in the parking lot. Both blown off.

Then went to Pluckers... walked right out...

Then went to Houlihan's, and met a set of people, had a good time actually. 3 chicks there, one not spoken for. When I started to isolate, and talk to the one not spoken for, she was leaving at that point. She did give me the, "It was a pleasure to meet you." She was a cutie. Rubbed on me a few times, but we will just chalk that up to her drunken equilibrium.

Overall, not a bad time, laughed with some cool people.

Have you guys heard of Cowboys? The only downfall to that is it's packed with a lot of the younger crowd.(18 year olds) But if you're looking for a local venue with sets I would start there. Oh yeah, you have to pay to get in too since it is a club :-/.

Lots of younger chicks sneak in, so I would avoid. You don't want to be meeting Chris Hanson....

At least neg them in a way that lets you see their license to confirm their age. Seriously.

Haha, I met a 25 year old woman at Cowboys in Arlington, and she literally told me she does not buy her own drinks.

Yeah there's definitely some teens not over 18 and I don't endorse in trying to lay them before knowing what their real age is but how I see it is...if you need a LOCAL venue, it's big and lots of group to work on. You don't necessarily have to lay anyone. As long as you're getting some practicing, it's all gravy. I mean if you're trying to pick it up a notch to get over an obstacle (forgot the term, It's been a long time since I've used these terms), there are girls there you could pick up that are of age. But overall I think it's a good local venue for us Arlington folks since we don't have man options around here.
