100 Sets Challenge Spreadsheet and Set Analysis worksheet

Here are two ways to analyze your sets. One is a simple spreadsheet and the second is a more advanced worksheet.

#1 I got this from Gametrane of The Austin Society. Its a 100 set Challenge in which you write down the sets you do and keep them as a log.
One hundred sets was a requirement to get into Austin Society at one time.

Here are the column headings he used...

Date

Set#

Open/Rapport/Kino/TB/Close

Had Fun? In no, what could make it more enjoyable?

Learned something? What was it?

#2 Another very successful PUA friend of mine had this in more of a worksheet format...

Date: ________

Venue(s): __________

Wing(s): ___________

Goal: __________________________________________________________________________________________________

_______________________________________________________________________________________________________

If at a club/bar:

Did I lead sets around the venue to build social proof? Yes ___ No ___

Did I use lock-ins to build social proof? Yes ___ No ___

Did I create the PUA Aura? Yes ___ No ___

Set Analysis

Set # ___

No. males: ___
No. females: ___
Describe Target: _____________________________________________

Why did I choose her? ________________________________________________________________

_________________________________________________________________________________

What happened when you tried to qualify?

What happened when you attempted the Time Bridge?

What happened when I tried to Bounce (i.e. Insta-date?):

Describe below in normal FR: style the interaction. What you opened with, what happened after that, what stories did you use, etc.

The Challenge

Postby Tribulus1000 » Sun May 20, 2007 12:03 pm

Its been over a year and a half since I did the 100 Set Challenge.

Would any of you like to join me in a 100 set Challenge? Maybe this will help motivate you.

If you'd like we can start a thread on this and keep adding to it. We can create a new spreadsheet or one based on Mystery Method, SS or a hybrid.

Is anyone up for The Challenge?

Another part of this is having a good routine stack.

A routine stack is something whre you automate alot of the interaction by doing the same openers, teases, negs, DHV stories, etc. over and over with each set.
This makes the work less difficult.

I posted my friend Captain Jack's old routine stack.

And a good thing to do is to go to the same old haunts when you do this. In other words, have a schedule.

Hey Finesse,
I PM'ed you. I don't know how to do attachments here. Maybe Mojo knows how?
But if you give me your email - through PM, I'll send you Gametrane's example spreadsheet.

I think I will join in on this 100 set challenge. There are nights I only have one or two sets (because that’s all it took) and there are nights I have 10+. Either the sets didn’t stick/I didn’t escalate/didn’t make myself attainable. etc.etc. Making notes of all these will defiantly help on finding the consistent sticking points and perfecting my routines/calibration.

Whats up Trib,

I plan on working on a few key SS patterns in the next few months. What kind of SS spreadsheet do you have or plan on creating

Hey Brother Kraven,

Good to hear from you. The basic spreadsheet above can incorporate SS stuff. Or you can modify and make one of your own.

Your field reports are great. The format you use on them is good. You probably don't need to do a spreadsheet.
