Not in the mood to sarge? Heres how to instantly change it!

Sometimes you are just not in the mood to sarge. I hear this often. Well, here is a mental programming technique to get into the mood to sarge, instantly.

1) Lie down, close your eyes, and relax
2) Remember a night when you were on fire. Where the sarging came naturally and you were having fun. Remember that time. Keep it in your head.
3) As you remember how you were on fire and those feelings, do a unique body movement such as wriggling your nose.

Now when you out wriggle your nose, and those sarging feelings instantly come back. Its like a sarge switch. All you need is to turn it on.

So no more excuses. :D

Yeah . This sounds like something Tony Robbins said once. Someone asked how you should play golf, and then went on to talk about his stance, his arms, his feet, the golf club grip....
However, the best way to hit a golf ball is simply to remember the last time you hit the shot correctly. Your brain will automatically go into that state.

If I have time before I go out, I like to practice my lines into a mirror.

In the game, Style is at a museum and uses an unatural movement to get the mindset. I believe this was the technique he used. This is a form of anchoring a particular mindset. You can actually anchor various mindsets to be evoked later for the appropriate moment.
