Invisible Threads or Hook Points

Hey Space Monkeys,
Yes its Invisible Threads or Hook Points. These are subjects in a conversation that bait girls (or anyone else) to respond or make comments about.
I've used these in the past and now I'm using them once again.

Examples - these can be any story or routine.

"I bought this necklace in Hawaii in Hale Iwa on Oahu. That place has some of the biggest waves and surfers from around the world come there in the winter months to ride those waves, this last year in December of 2009, they had the biggest waves they had seen in 20 years!"

Notice the invisible threads - Hawaii, waves, surfing, lasy year, 20 years.

So a girl might ask "Do you surf?" or she might chime in "You went to Hawaii...I'm so jealous." So the conversation keeps going. If you're a routines fan, you can develop side stories off the common answers.

"Yeah when I was in Hawaii and when I met this guy ... I'll call him The Big Kahuna, a surfer dude - blonde guy, muscles and tan goes "You know life's like surfing, you just have to get on board and ride those waves all the way in." I thought that was really amazing."

Why do we use Invisible Threads?

Well the main reason I use them for is anti-stalling. I don't like the feeling of running out of shit to talk about and invisible threads do the trick by constantly getting her to chime in.

See ya
