I like to use the above in conjunction with the jealous GF opener ("She's sooo
jealous... but i think that's why their relationship actually works. Have you
heard about this?... [insert rest of IVD]).
As a follow-up: "Like, i know a bunch of couples that will fight all the time
.. and then _make-up_ .. and THEN start going at it, but i've never seen a
seemless transition from fighting right into sexual lust. Have you ever seen
that?? [blah blah] I know i'm a guy, but i personally don't believe that those
relationships will last b/c they're running on nothing but passion and not
building comfort and trust blah blah"

reactions from that! It seems that passion is only a baby step away from anger...
So have you seen all of those old movies (and even some of
the newer ones) where the couple is fighting and the woman is throwing plates at him while he is screaming like a maniac and just when you think they will kill each other, they suddenly stop, look deep into each others eyes, start running toward each other and make out like they haven't seen each other in 10 years!
And I always thought "what the fuck is going on here?!"
But now I think "well, maybe there's actually some truth to that!"]
