Statement of Interest (Direct) - I saw you across the restaurant and I HAD to say hello.
Intuitive (cold reading) - I dont know you but I have an intuition about you... you are a VERY visual person and you like to talk alot in your mind.
Situtational/Environmental (close quarters) - What attract you here tonight?
