Case the joint and find a good location to stand near HBs and/or other interesting sets. Being close to (but not in) high traffic is a good bet. Get to know your venues and in particular these best spots (not hard in Dallas FFS when HBs are literally crawling out of the woodwork). Just like fishing you move around if the spot goes dry. AFCs are too timid to put themselves in the line of fire or can’t pull off a natural vibe which comes off like they are stalkers hunting prey or worse. Reminds me of a lot of guys I know but I digress. HBs, Alphas stand wherever they feel and act like it’s their front room. If you look like you know the score they will assume you are cool.
Genuinely laughing and joking with people puts my mind in a calm place and the world around me slows down just a bit. I notice interactions and catch signals from nearby sets. Good conversation tends to build into natural crescendos. Maybe it’s the punch line of a great story or funny joke. At that moment my mind is full of confidence and state is just right. I can think of multiple different great ways to patch my story into the world of a target girl. Opening at this point is usually cake. I might reach over and put my hand on the alpha girl’s shoulder *lightly*. Adjust my body language accordingly. Deliver my opener (linked to the funny story or whatever) then sit back and gauge the reaction. If the girl buys that frame I stay with it. If not I change the frame – maybe something like “OMG I just realized how much you look like a girl I know from London… I hope you don’t act like her too”.
What you say is 10% of it. The other 90% is how you grab the frame and direct right away. I have proven this theory by getting into the right state then opening with garbage like “What’s the capital of Iceland?” or other random shit then grabbing the frame. I can’t stress enough how much immediate Kino helps. It seems to me that when you touch her she is psychologically forced to make a determination about you (her body language will also tell you if you are coming across creepy). Done correctly you short circuit her screening process. With the little information she has to go on me she lets you slide under the radar. Anchoring her to your world like this is very powerful and sets the tone for the rest of the interaction. Now just learn frame control and lead her as far as she will go (or your skills can take her)…
